I live mainly on the Defender2 boards (different user name), but have recently been keeping an eye on the 'For Sale' section over here and im pleasantly suprised to find I could get perhaps a 2005 FFRR for around the £12k mark. Im thinking it would be a great tow car for my caravan and would cheer up the missuss who hates my Defender . So, Im starting my research now.

Over the years of owning a Defender I have gained lots of knowledge about them, but I know next to nothing about the RR, which is quite an intimidating position to be in . Are there any threads on here that explain the different FFRR models available from around say 2002, eg engine sizes, release dates, specs, known issues etc?
