Hi Alex,

I'm guessing that the only way you'll find one is to find a cargo cover that's damaged but still has that bump stop.

Since it's basically a hard plastic, you could try fabricating one ...

I took a closer look at the PCV valve and the connector hose fitting and I can't see any issues with either.
