Checked the fuses in the rear 1/4 and also the other rear 1/4 for signs of ingress of water. Thankfully bone dry back there.

As an update, the battery is kaput. It’s a Bosch S5 013 that the local garage supplied and has been depleted through being left unused for long periods so lots of codes, bings and bongs.

The new metal nozzle does make it a little more doable, you still get excess wd40 over parts but for the most part it makes hitting the target a little easier. |
