United Kingdom 2002 Range Rover HSE 4.4 V8 Tangiers Orange

Well the RR went away to Henshall engineering who refitted the original drivers side cat (welded properly) and a new set of O2 sensors all round and finally a new fuel filter.

This was to try and restore lost oomph and the drive home was superb, certainly back to feeling the horsepower it should have. The biggest win would be have been the fuel filter as guess what the date code was….. yep 2002, the one it was born with! Testament to BMW OEM parts quality 😁

The other day, my wife came to pick me up but sailed past me in the car park… no brake is all I heard.
Fortunately due to the slow speed, the handbrake stopped her and I dragged the RR home with a bar and my D3.
Managed to get some time today to have a look for the issue, topped up the fluid and pumped the brake pedal and hey presto… it’s wet under the passenger side sill. It’ll be interesting to see what horrors lie beneath the sill cover.
