| Not sure what model you have but it's possible to disable keyless to prevent relay theft so it might just switched off and most would recommend leaving it off for an additional layer of protection. |

Cant help with the fault but if you have a toll tag in your car remember to remove it if it gets recovered back to the UK  |

| Waze instructions stay in English but you have to change the setting from MPH to KPH on your mobile before you set off as you cant do it on your touchscreen once you are underway. |

| Hi Ian, the Incontrol software hasn't had an update since 2021 but you would need an active incontrol subscription to be able to update the software, this is normally supplied for 3 years from new but ... |

Hi Will, for France you need 3PMSF marked tyres in certain mountainous regions from 1st November - 31st March unless you carry snow chains and then it doesn't matter what tyres you have.
