Ok, thanks for the reply. I'd heard the later 4.4's didn't suffer with the cracked manifolds, but who knows.
Hopefully if the fault gets more regular, the problem may be more obvious. |

I tackled the EGT on the left manifold today on a 2016 L405.
The heat shield didn't need to be moved. I got a socket over it no problem. My steps were:-
