2016 L405. On uneven roads, when the shell flexes, there is a knock from somewhere around the B pillar or rear door on the passenger side.

I do like the car and wouldn't reject it.

How does one push them?
I called customer services and the lady I spoke to said that the warranty department won't change their minds and it is for the supplying dealer to resolve at their expense. |
