So the car is a 2002 RR vogue petrol L322.
The fuel is old maybe 6-8 months however I would still think it would have some spark??

Yes John I did install an new tensioner and it wasn't pre-loaded, I have a feeling this may be the issue. I will celebrate with the tinnys after the car purrs
