Old-un, most of the sometimes three, four, or five connectors are below fuel level, it's best to replace all or you may end up doing it again.

Hi David,
Almost -- that bracket goes all the way under the rest of the strengthener -- you need the entire bit of angle, including the hole to bolt through with the old type bar set.

Hi John,
Yes indeed you can, the hangers on the old towbar don't get in the way, so leave them where they are.
Grind off the hangers from the strengtheners that you'll be removing.

| You can fit an earlier version easily by grinding off the exhaust hanger from the strengtheners and simply bolting on with the bar and car itself -- the old hangers you can leave on, they don't get in ... |

From memory -- you go into the car menu and change it back after you've used IID -- should then leave you with both in MPH -- though I am getting old and memory is failing ! |
