Belgium 2012 Range Rover Autobiography TDV8 Ipanema Sand

Brought it in for the Post delivery check at +/- 2.500km.
Complete dissapointment: mentionned seat-mirror-steer memory combined with the two keys did not work and was told they coudn't fix it and should bring it back for new appointment as I've nothing else to do.
Asked them to enable activating back-up lights togehter with front lights by pressing remote twice but they didn't know if it was possible, although described on page 4 and 5 in the manual???
Picked up the winter wheels and tyres, asked them that they would be completed withe the RR centre caps but when leaving no caps???
Asked why there was no sigar lighter in the front as there was one in the back: perhaps ordered as standard without smoking package??? Should come back and speak to the salesman (wasn't present today)????
Will write E-mail to the dealer CEO. RR 2012MY TDV8 AB ipanema sand
RR 2004 TD6 sold now

Today i thought about picking it up and driving it through the window of the hack of a company that i have to use as my claim handlers as they are being a right frigging PITA and possibly towing the shed of a Semi Skimmed behind it as well when it next fails to start and strands me with the youngest in the flipping cold Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Added to that its now chewing through fuel and overfuelling loads as i feel like dukes of hazard anytime i touch the accelerator i get smoke Sad

My mechanic said he had two TD6 in this week for an air intake pipe that had failed/split with the same symptoms. Not sure which one but i could ask.

Still driving the x-type loaner. Getting to quite like it. It's a nice place to sit while the scenery goes by.

Pick up my repaired FFRR tomorrow morning. Hope they've done a good job.

Well chewed thru more fuel and left more dukes of hazard style clouds but I may get it swapped next week. Either d4 xs or an rr. Only other choice was a land cruiser....

Well, they repaired the car. Looks better than pre accident if I'm being honest. Laughing

They also swapped the wheels for the winter set. They used some tyre cleaner and for a moment I thought they'd actually replaced the tyres. Fortunately they hadn't.
