Steve, remapping the TDV8 makes an amazing difference, you can expect about 313BHP and 800NM, which is just crazy! Unless you drive like miss daisy and don't want to enjoy the power, its unlikely you will see a difference in economy, mine stayed the same for the last 2 cars I've had remapped, some have said they get 1 or 2mpg more, but its not massive. Its more about the fun and drivability of the car, makes it more enjoyable. A good remap will be £400 ish. Plenty of info on the forum.
