Well the MB is £33.995 it's a 6 month old demo has all the toys 3.0 litre engine , i would guess to get the equivalent specced Evoque you would be in the region of £45k / £48k in either the Dynamic or Prestige model with a 2.2 Litre engine |

![]() ...its probably more practical than an Evoque to use as an everyday car also. I am surprised by how few Evoques I do spot (considering I drive in and out of London each and every day). As much as I like the design and have driven the sporty engine version which was great , the Evoque looks like it would be quite awkward to live with and use as an every day car - especially if you have children. I found rear vision and awarenness wasn't great in the Evoque, and the view out of the door windows was filled with the huge wingmirror - i think the only thing wrong with Evoques is they are more cool design rather than useable function if that makes sense ![]() |

If it's the 320 or 350 cdi, splash out on a Brabus D6 box from Merc. I'm on the look out for one for my CLS, they're supposed to totally transform the car. |

Well after test driving the Evoque myself and being a back seat passenger in the Merc , i would say she has picked the better of the two cars ….

@ MAAK TS it's the 350 CDI , the normal set up of the car will do her just fine , as she's not a fast driver … safe and steady is her motto … |
