hi all,
have a few grubby marks on the roof linig, whats the best way of cleaning them and what to use, its a cloth linig
what can be done about the rubber coating they put over the switch surrounds,cup holder, it can start to peel off if cought .

not sure on the headlinning could try a vehicle valeter , as for switches / rubber replacement of parts or peel he rest off  onto no6 Range Rover

foam cleaner will work with a interior sponge careful as the whole HL will be dirty

Try it on one patch and it'll look awful - do the lot.

I use a product called Groom from Halfords. Ambersil make it IIRC and it has an orange cap.

Spray the foam over the entire headlining and wipe down with a damp (not wet) cloth. Keep rinsing the cloth in clean water. Do not rub hard, or rub the same area too hard. The foam will get to work to remove the dirt.

Do that a couple of times, and the headlining will be as good as new.

You will be surprised how much muck is on there!
