not sure on the headlinning could try a vehicle valeter , as for switches / rubber replacement of parts or peel he rest off onto no6 Range Rover

foam cleaner will work with a interior sponge careful as the whole HL will be dirty |

Try it on one patch and it'll look awful - do the lot.
