You have to make sure that you buy the paddles complete with the 4-pin cable that plugs into the RHS switch pack, then all you do is enable the paddles under "gear selector steering wheel mounted" in "miscellaneous and unused" with the faultmate.

That's what you need although in the UK they are actually cheaper from the dealer! |

Can this paddle shift retrofit be carried out on a 2007 TDV8 Vogue?.

when me and matt came up with this upgrade it was meant for the early l322 but will work on any model apart from the 2010 as they were made with them in mind, if you have the the up and down shift on your gear stick as you will it will work, V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.

I just took my car to my dealer to check out the possibility of fitting paddles to my 2010 car. They said that it is no problem to enable the ccf and fit the paddles. The only issue is that there is no cabling from the steering. They said that they can create a harness, but it will require 3h of labour to create and fit. So looks like it is not just a plug and play. What have I missed? |

Funny, but my car is the latest version pre the STD fit paddles so according to Baben it's just a plug and play. So arguably I have not missed 10 pages just a bit of wiring. |

I think that maybe it's your dealer that needs to read a few pages |

Has anyone on here done this to the facelift 2007 MY yet then?. If the steering wheel has the paddles fitted already, a 2010 MY wheel, does this overcome the slip ring issue?. |
