Not yet mate. I have spoken to my dad and he is ordering the part in for the next time I am down their neck of the woods. This is likely to be late August, so I'll post up my thoughts once its done. He seemed quite positive about them, they have done a few on discos with good results. FFRR TD6 HSE

I found a EGR Blanking kit on Ebay from Allisport.

If they are doing one I would say there is no worries about adding one . Also I would expect they would be happy to answer any questions you may have.

afaik, the egr lets hot exhaust gasses back into the combustion chamber to cut down emissions...
blanking the egr apparently improves performance and mpg slightly..

a lot of guys on the d3 forum do this and it works for them.

I've just ordered one from Allisport. I'm giving it a go because the EGR system on modern engines seems to have been put in to meet emission legislation requirements (not sure what good it does), rather than for any benefit to the engine itself. I'll report back when I've got round to fitting it.
