It should come out if the plenum chamber is out (the box that holds the cabin filter)

Thanks for your reply, I had removed the filter chamber and aircon pipe was just jamming it, it became a case of very carefully springing the pipe and it finally came out.

OK, update i have removed all bolts from plastic manifold on drivers side removed injectors but seems to be a clamp hooked over stud. just when i though acces was bad enough on injectors etc. Does this come off? |

Has anyone given this a go on the L405? The pipe has worn and sprung a leak, I assume something was rubbing.

I had the foam insulator stuff disintegrate on me, so had to buy the part from main dealer

Thanks, sorry it might not have been clear, I just wondered if anyone had tips for removing the insulating foam as it looks a right challenge! |

For anyone else, it is those bolts (5 of) which are a serious PITA to remove on the L405, not sure if it’s easier on the L322!? LR022590 leak off pipe is what I’ve fitted due to a wear split on the crossover section, very frustrating that this appears to be accidental wear & tear 🤬 Photo of the driver side parts just in case it helps anyone:
