Only early 4.4 TDV8 had issues with a sticky CSOV prior to LR changing the linkage design. My MY12 has the later design so shouldn't be an issue on L405s. |

Tend to agree, but it’s worth a look and a fiddle, nothing to say the solenoid hasn’t given up. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

The OP mentioned earlier in this post that it had been diagnosed at the turbo shut off valve. This is not the CSOV valve. The turbo shut off valve is on the left hand turbo , and is prone to sticking. See my post earlier in this thread. |

Just so I’m up to speed… when we say left hand that’s ’near side’ in the UK not left hand looking at the engine from the front - is that correct?

Yes that’s the one I am referring to. The CSOV is in a totally different location, low down in front of the engine. |
