ok, Think I'm getting close to my limits here. 08 3.6. My battery will be flat in under 24hrs. Having done a quick check would seem i have drain of around 1.2 amps. It is on a new battery.
I've had a look at some of the posts here and will try the odd ones. Not going the parts cannon route however have replaced the final stage resistor.
Have noticed on very odd times the radio screen looks faintly lit, bluetooth optic bypassed.
Is there a definitive post to follow? I haven't as yet found it?

I am not a mechanic or electrician of any sort but just sharing something I have read whilst researching a battery drain myself.

I read that a failed alternator on these cars has the effect of placing a metal object across both battery terminals.
