Checked the bonnet switch today and can confirm that it does not inhibit raising or lowering of the suspension and neither does the tailgate.

Mine did this for the first time last week. All doors were closed as it beeped and flashed when locking.

When I had my first FFRR the suspension did not work but I diagnosed (without a code reader) that the courtesy lights did not activate when I used the passenger rear door. I replaced the door lock mechanism and everything then worked. Is it possible that you have a faulty microswitch in one of the door locks?
