Air suspension not working due to "open door"

A bit strange I thought, but the open door message does not pop up on normal driving so the car knows the door are are closed.
But when I select Access mode the message pops up "close doors etc"
Before I investigate further, I though I would ask to see if anyone has had this problem.

I have searched this forum but came up with a blank, so please redirect me if you can.

Hello,
Maybe it is the switch under the bonnet?
Had this half a year ago.

Thanks Marcus I will check that.

But I didn't know that switch was connected to anything but the alarm, I do not get a "Bonnet open" message either.

Going out in the car today it would not lower on the drive, but the fault cleared itself on the way to the pub.
So it looks like I have an intermittent fault to find.

Checked the bonnet switch today and can confirm that it does not inhibit raising or lowering of the suspension and neither does the tailgate.

So at the moment all is well.

Mine did this for the first time last week. All doors were closed as it beeped and flashed when locking.

Turned it on and off - fixed.

When I had my first FFRR the suspension did not work but I diagnosed (without a code reader) that the courtesy lights did not activate when I used the passenger rear door. I replaced the door lock mechanism and everything then worked. Is it possible that you have a faulty microswitch in one of the door locks?

regards

John
