i read somewhere that the p400e batterys are only good up to around 70k miles and hen they start to deteriorate..maybe thats why they're not selling.. ... - .- -.

Guess it’s uneconomical for the battery to be changed. Can’t imagine it’s quick or cheap! 2009 pre-facelift 3.6 TDV8. |

I'd be interested to see the sales figures for the period 2020 to 2022 of ICE v leccy models as the OS is largely populated ny electric versions rather than diesel or petrols. I'm contemplating selling my SDV8 but there is nothing out there that takes my fancy. L460s are stretching the budget a bit and they havent grown on me enough (exterior is fine, interior less so) First time FFRR owner |

This is a bit back of a fag packed maths but here are the L405’s for sale on AutoTrader between the years 2018-2021 split by the way they are fuelled.

I read on a Defender forum that it was £40k (which includes £8-£10k labour). Guessing similar / bit more for a full fat. Also read that once the battery reaches 70% capacity ‘it’s toast’. 2009 pre-facelift 3.6 TDV8. |
