No,

Oh I see, I thought you mistyped tie rods.

I cut mine too and with it brand new bolt and toe rod arm was installed

Then all wheels aligned.

I checked all the bolts and tight. Its actually a sport Sad

The nut on the parallel shaft on the ball-joint can be tightened with the suspension at any angle due to the joint being a ball-joint, but not for the inner bush bolt where the wheel needs normal weight on it during alignment.
My aligner couldn't get the left wheel out quite enough by turning the bolt and was going to leave it with toe-in when I suggested using a pry bar to move the bush out further, which did the trick. The bolt heads and washers aren't a tight fit between the adjuster bumps.

the inner bush is perfectly tight.

its the only thing that makes sense for play in the wheel at 3/9 clock.

i need to get a 2nd person to test the wheel while i look behind Its actually a sport Sad

right so i lifted the car, checked the play again.

all gone. those couple of turns while on the ground must have sorted it.

also found a snapped exhaust hanger

but the noise still persists... Its actually a sport Sad
