You could try cleaning this, it's the cabin temp sensor

Does it have the fuel burning heater? If it does there’s a diverter solenoid that stops working (oem item is Bosch and about £120 if you don’t buy from dealer. Was a bit of a pain to get out but warm heater again for me. My Previous RR's!

Definitely have a better blower motor now, not as good as i`d expect tbh, but still very poor heat.

Yes if you have the FBH remote then it’ll be fitted. It’s the left side of the engine bay right at the back. This is the solenoid I fitted (diverter valve), much warmer now! It sticks apparently stopping hot water flow through the matrix.
