left/ride play in rear left wheel

There's this crazy rubbing noise between the above speeds

It's more apparant when turning left at slow speeds it goes away after 20mph

Ive just replaced close to all the rear suspension components so not that.

Do we think front bearings are going/gone?

I can provide a vid but it's not great

Also went around and checked brakes etc etc but seems to only happen on move Its actually a sport Sad

Did you check your front brake shields were firmly attached? One of mine came loose after the mounting holes rusted through and you could only hear the scrapping at low speeds with the window open at first allong with a metalic rattle going over bumps. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)

I had a front shield rubbing especially turning left at slow speed a few days ago. I had inadvertently bent the right side shield against the disc when torquing strut bolts 2 days before.

Rechecked the rear. All good.

Brake disc shields are solid and I've cut off the lip

I did notice the rear drive shafts have a tiny bit of play going into the cv joint.

The cv joint into the hub is solid though.

Also I can't hear the rubbing when the windows are open Its actually a sport Sad

Have you checked the rear tail-shaft shields?

Maybe tail-pipes? i.e the heat shields although they tend to rattle when loose. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)

got her up on jack today

there is play in the rear left wheel left to right

right side is solid 12/6 and 3/9

it seems hub which means bearing.

wtf its a brand new bearing all pressed in to the end and torqued to spec.

hub nut was still the 420nm

can it be anything else? Its actually a sport Sad

I've just replaced both toe rods as the bushes allowed movement. The balljoints were still OK.

No or now? LR call the links from the forward side of the knuckle toe rods as the toe is adjusted by turning the bolt in the bush.

Edit: Mine's left bolt had to be cut off between the rear bolt bracket and the bush as the sleeve in the bush had rusted to the bolt. Obviously a new bolt was required.
