Interesting points, I hadn’t really considered those. Trouble is I’m after a facelift and there’s weirdly not that many around in the colour combination I want which is a light interior with a dark exterior (not black). 2017 Vogue SE

I just bought a 2021 AB from a dealer (Sytner in Maidstone). He said that the scarcity of late L405s was all down to COVID - production apparently dropped a cliff and as soon as the L460 was announced people waited it out. The production run out (mainly Westminster models) probably went more to private buyers due to the better discounts available to shift them before the new model arrived. Those buyers might hold onto it for longer than 3 years… meaning that there’s even fewer coming to market. |

It should drive prices up then, but watch them fall after the Budget in a few weeks time.

Looking at Howmany left the number of RR taxed has kept constant at circa 90,000 but the number Sorned has jumped by 10,000 since 2019. New vehicles registered dropped by 30% between 2018 and 2021.

Interesting to add in the number stolen over 8,200 in 2021 and 2022 ….probably explains that jump in Sorned 2012 tdv8 Westminster arrived Jan 19 gone Dec 23

A good many got popped into a container, or simply driven onto a RORO ferry and are now in Africa. 1992 RR Classic 3.9 efi Vogue

Interesting stuff. I did see one around 18 months ago that I really liked but it was stupidly overpriced so never moved on it. Now I can't find anything. I like the L460 but absolutely not interested in spending 80k+. 2017 Vogue SE Citroen 2cv Ferrari F430 F1 Spider |

Mild thread drift but I was looking online last night for a 2017 Vogue SE with around 52k miles (for this is mine) to gauge how much I might get for it and I found ONE example at £36k. I know mine is relatively rare (and I don't mean exclusive) as it fell between 2016 and 2018 with the ICP update prior to the facelift but even so. Very surprised.

The ad has gone but it had just over 70k miles hence the low price at £70k. 2017 Vogue SE
