try the connections and if that doesn't work, it could be the amp that's knackered... |

I was just reading the first post and was thinking "I wonder if the Amp has suffered the common water ingress problem?"

re the solution...i believe there is a plastic cover/shroud that prevents water going onto the electrics but it doesn't solve the water ingress..

I'm just hoping that a good clean out of the plugs will solve the problem, and that the amp isn't . |

Nothing on ebay but a repair service for three hundred-and-odd quid.

fit a water jacket to the stereo, around 7 pounds from land rover and it will protect all your electrics in that rear cubby hole. a lot of RR leak there and its the nav unit that gets most of it but depends on the leak, check where your spare wheel is at the bottom,if its swimming with water then you will have condensation prob as well V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.

I have a spare, working DSP as shown in the Diag. You can have it for cost (around 80 quid if i remember.) The only trouble is I am overseas at the moment and won't be back to blighty until mid July. Can you wait that long? If not, I can get a colleague to sort it for me. |
