not sure about part but I have removed and refitted mine quite a few times without issue. Maybe it's a bit dirty? Cheers, Greg

I recenty changed the oil on my TDV8 using a Euro Car Parts oil suction pump connected to the oil suction port within the engine bay part number 538771531 very simple process pump worked faultlessly & no need to crawl under the vehicle or remove any underbody trays etc. Good quality pump at a reasonable price & available off the shelf at Euro Car Parts. |

In fact I only cleaned the oil pan side and not the hose. There might be some dirt.

I dont mind crawling under the car and removing trays. It gives me chance to control if everything is ok 🙂
