What is the 4x4i screen showing? all wheels at the same height? any flashing red cursors? What DTC is set after attempting calibration?
TBH you may well need someone with Autologic / IDS to rebuild the initial calibration, not difficult but seemingly a 'gap' in the abilities of Gap IID?

Let's take a step back - why did you decide/need to recalibrate the suspension height?
It sounds like it's sending air in but seeing no change (or reaching the calibrated maximum/minimum allowable height) then aborting the change.

What measurements did you input?

i have replaced one of the rear airbags and one of the front height sensors ,and when i measured each corner the other week they where all different but couldn't do anything about it till now as i didn't have a gap tool

The rear airbag shouldn't have made a difference as it's the height sensors that measure the height, the airflow to & from the airbag is as a result of the measurement, not the other way around.
The height sensor on the front will obviously have a bearing on the measurement, how are you measuring and what figures did you input?

ok understand ref the air bag Thumbs Up i took the measurements from the middle of the wheel to the top of the wheel arch sorry don't have the piece of paper with the measurement's on (it was last week i tried) .what i can tell you is that if i can get into guided calibration ...
front left 182
front right 175
rear left 224
rear right 200

im also in contact with gap as i get an error code e0 or e1

They may be too far out to allow a successful calibration - you might need to adjust some values so they're all a bit closer together to get a calibration file to build (Autologic & IDS can do it 'as factory')
There is a file on here somewhere (from GAP IIRC) telling you how to manipulate the measurements but as a start, try:-
FL 182
FR 178
RL 214
RR 198

ETA_ just looking at those measurements - they're way off. The heights from centre of the wheel to wheelarch should be in the 480-490mm range, it's probably refusing to calibrate as the measurements are out of range.

phoenix....appreciate the help. those heights you have said ring a bell and im sure my measurement's where between 30-40 mm different just going to search for "(from GAP IIRC) telling you how to manipulate the measurements"
