Wow that is expensive Another route you could take is to Have a look on ebay and gentlemen of salvage, there are quite a few for sale that look to be in reasonable condition, you could have it blasted and coated prior to fitting. |

If it's failed on the rear subframe how bad are the rear of the sills and the rear arches, take off the sill covers and check, it may be a lost cause if there is rot there as well.... Pete

As above. Check for any other rot in the sills and arches (remove sill covers and rear inner wheel arch liners) then make a decision.

Fixed sills, arches and replaced rear sub-frame (and brake lines) on my 2004. Plenty good steel to weld to when frilly bits cut out. hope that's it for now.......
