Sorry to read that about the road trip. If the relationship with your car is starting to affect the relationship with a good partner, then it is definitely time to get rid of the car. |

I agree with the suggestions to let it go, I can't see you ever getting it drive as you want it to and as time goes on it's just going to annoy you more and more. MY23 Panamera E-Hybrid

I don't feel I can sell it just yet as I only purchased it recently and the drive home was great. Was it just the new car thing pulling the wool?

Thing is the 2 local dealers only seem to stock facelift 2018 onwards cars.

Something else I've noticed, it still takes quite a while to lift the air suspension.

Could one of the air suspension valve blocks be at fault ? Last night I lay in bed looking up at the stars in the sky and I thought to myself, where,s the f**king ceiling!!

Have the CVD lives values been graphed while moving? Familiarising myself prior to assisting a Defender owner with a harsh ride, I checked the accelerometer voltages while stationary then over some ruts to see that all 3 varied up and down but quickly settled back to their stationary values once stopped. I then graphed the various values of the shocks, noting that the best general indicator was the current that was mostly at maximum, occasionally less over bumps then back to zero once stopped. The other attributes changed very quickly over bumps, ruts and side-slopes showing that the system was reacting to the varying conditions but impossible to know to what extent, whereas the current graph showed that the bypass valves were for most of the time meant to be fully open to provide a soft ride. However I don't know if its possible to identify faulty or worn-out shocks/valves from the shock graphs although combining height sensors might help. The terrain was quite rough in spots and travel speed around 30 kph. My IIDTool wouldn't save the graphs due to a bug. |

If you're concerned that the sensor voltage reduces as height increases then don't be, as 2 sensors increase while the other 2 decrease as height increases. Also don't try to compare with a L322 as their arrangement is different. |
