Fitted a Garmin Mini 2 dash cam. Used the same wiring method as SveinHa. Green and white positive ignition controlled wire to the rear view mirror and the brown and black earth. Bit fiddly but got it done. Dark now so will position it on the screen tomorrow.

Been searching for months to get the FBH working. So today while it's 5c I thought I would have a proper delve in to get it working. Well, turns out that fuse 59 was missing, so put another one in and hey presto it's working. Left it 10 minutes, it's still going strong and now nice and toastie inside the car. Why didn't I check the fuse in the first place? Isn't it such a great sense of feeling good that it was something so simple. I'll shall be looking forward to using it now in this cold weather. |

I adjusted my upper tailgate to get the waistline swage in-line. Used the tutorial from YouTube and all went well. Went to drive away and from the speakers is a noise that sounds like tail, it’s repetitive every 3 seconds. It happens whenever car is unlocked regardless of satnav, radio, media being on.

MOT passed with 2 advisories - broken exhaust bracket which the garage welded and corroded brake pipes all round - which is strange as most of them seem to be hidden by the plastic covers under the car! |

Removed the rear wiper motor and repaired the washer. Spindle too far gone just to use a new oil seal so removed all the plastic centre parts and turned out the bore to 6.5mm about 90% through, installed braided leak-off pipe in the spindle and used the original (cleaned and blown through) jet setup. Loop of pipe left for movement and a new NRV and I finally have working rear washer. |

Battered seven shades of **** out of the receiver section for the detachable towbar so I could get the detachable bit detached (on the bench as was seized to hell).
