Don't fancy spray patterns need higher pump pressures ? 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322) |

I can't say I have. Car's on charge at present with the battery d/c so I can't run out and take any right now but I'll try and remember to get some tomorrow when I put it back on.

Good bit of lateral thinking there - they know how to charge for them though! |

Indeed - cheaper aftermarket versions available from China on eBay if you can wait a couple of weeks for postage. |

So it turns out it's really quite difficult to actually get a meaningful photo of washer jets working when there's only one of you and washer fluid is transparent. Add in the wipers doing their job and it's *really* difficult. I have posted a video on YouTube which I've linked below: *as a special bonus, you can also see the sacrificial E64 in the background. |

hi Dan, do you know if these would work on later L322 models, ie 2012 4.4TVD8? Cheers, Steven.

No worries - the only point I was making was because the L322 was originally engineered alongside BMW, it was likely a good place to start (and I've spent enough time under the bonnet of my 645 to suspect they were basically the same jets). |

I got a pair of these from a trade-in, they're a bit 'underwhelming' but do cover a wider area with spray. I'm going to try an inline 'booster' pump first, if no good, then I reckon a Ford headlamp washer pump is the correct size to replace the existing screenwash pump. I'd be a bit miffed if I'd have paid for the washer jets! |

That's interesting, I've found the pressure and spray pattern to be absolutely fine with the standard washer pump. I get great coverage and volume of water at all speeds including motorway driving. 2012 (L322) 4.4TDV8 Vogue SE, RSE, Fuji White over Arabica.
