The standard two-hole washer jets on the L322 are a PITA to adjust.

My guess was that with the BMW engineering history of the L322, there was a good chance a BMW fan-pattern heated jet would fit, and a bit of eBay picture surfing suggested that E60/61 or E63/64 jets would be a good place to start.

So, since I happen to have an E64 645Ci lying around, I thought I'd try it by swapping the jets from FFRR-E64 and vice-versa.

All fits perfectly without trouble.

My tip is to try and get the jets including the BMW-fitted 90deg fitting - means there's no need to extend the standard L322 washer pipes. Obviously with the car sat in front of me I had access to this anyway.

Don't fancy spray patterns need higher pump pressures ? 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)

I can't say I've noticed a problem.

I can't say I have. Car's on charge at present with the battery d/c so I can't run out and take any right now but I'll try and remember to get some tomorrow when I put it back on.

No worries - the only point I was making was because the L322 was originally engineered alongside BMW, it was likely a good place to start (and I've spent enough time under the bonnet of my 645 to suspect they were basically the same jets).

That's interesting, I've found the pressure and spray pattern to be absolutely fine with the standard washer pump. I get great coverage and volume of water at all speeds including motorway driving. 2012 (L322) 4.4TDV8 Vogue SE, RSE, Fuji White over Arabica.
