you'll get hot and cold bulb monitoring which causes flickering...this can be switched off with a diagnostic tool... ... - .- -.

Yeah, as Stan suggests, the LCM checks bulb operation on startup and when running for bulb failures… as you know… that’s prob at least the initial flicker. I don’t know enough about the ballasts and stuff to know if that is supposed to sort it.

Don’t know if mine flicker on ignition on as it’s normally just me in the car. Will try and check when I get chance.

I don’t have ballasts on mine, don’t know what dictates whether the units need one. I know when I put LEDs in the side indicators they would only work one way round. Can’t remember what it said on the H7 LED replacements as they just worked first time. 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8

AFAIK MY10-12 don't have a LCM, with lighting functions controlled by the BCM and therefore might be programed differently to earlier models.
LEDs must have their polarity correct unlike incandescent globes so there's a 50/50 chance of fitting LED sidelight etc globes incorrectly.

Whilst your low beams seem to be set at about the correct height, perhaps aiming the lights a little lower to get the fill-ins lower might not have much impact on the low beam cut-off.

LR didn't seem to get the fill-ins aligned well across their various vehicles and models. The D4's were real possum spotters, your model L322 too high but not possum spotters and the MY10-12 too low. To fix the D4's I installed spacer washers under the bottom 2 bi-xenon mounts to aim the bi-xenons higher then adjusted the assembly lower, but my L322's was the easy fix of bending the globes' tabs forwards a little.

You might have to try 1 type for a while then the other to determine which you like best rather than 1 of each.
