I bought my plug in kit from towequipe. Everything you need is in it. Plug n play. Mine didn't require any dealer activation, its made by westfalia and is oem. Ian |

I hope this is not seen as hi jacking the thread but I had my tow electrics and removable hitch fitted by the dealer and my suspension doesn't lock at standard hight when connected , wouldn't have it any other way now as it's incredibly useful towing of road and for hitching up and un-hitching.

When towing it is important that outfit stays level. LR never intended the suspension to drop to highway mode whilst towing. Imagine you have a big twin wheeler and your suspension drops, in reality this will make the trailer try and lift the rear of the car.

I could raise / lower mine when I had the caravan attached, used it to roughly level the van |

DSC worked trust me it kicked in once when I lost a wheel on someone else's plant trailer I borrowed, lost a wheel with three and a half tones on

Whenever i plug the trailer in i get "check trailer light" but they all work, only have brakes and indicators on the trailer though so you think its looking for something else? 2004 black Vogue TD6 |
