Can anyone help me, I’m looking to replace the wiper blades for the lights on a 2003 L322, are these identical to the P38 ones? As I’m struggling to find any replacement blades! L322 TD6 2003

Hey SP, I’m in Australia, i found some wiper blades at a car accessory retail outlet….they were full length and i cut them down to size, works a treat
You just need to remember to give one end a slight crimp before you fit them.

Thanks for the help. Just found some new old stock ones so went that direction, but given low stock I’ll have no option but to do that next time L322 TD6 2003

I suppose you’re lucky that you found old stock, at least its fixed !

For info, headlight washers are only required for mot purposes on vehicles with xenon headlights from September 1 2009 onwards, vehicles manufactured before that date do not need headlight washers whatever the bulbs used. If you have trouble, nothing to stop you removing the headlight washer assemblies completely and fitting blanking plugs to the two holes left.

Island used to have them. I replaced mine long time ago but after few months pulled the fuse. They make more arm to the headlight glasses than good. Worst is in winter when the water freezes. So they just keep on rubbing the salt, dirt etc. It will not happen with windscreen wipers but does with headlight ones.

I have changed them many times using a cheap replacement rubber from e-bay. Just cut to length
