Finally got around to fitting the engine cover now that I am reasonably confident that work is finished on top of the engine.

Also, fitted a new lower tailgate rubber button cover.

I tried the first time to do it in situ but gave up. Now I just remove the trim every time. It’s been missing on both of the L322’s I’ve bought so has been refitted straight away when I’ve got them home.

Agree with both of you, I wonder if its because they are now new old stock and are therefore harder than when originally manufactured. Range Rover 4.2 Supercharged 2006

My subframe bushes looked great from the sides, it was only when I removed the frame that you could see them deteriorating on the top where they mount to the body.
