I know someone posted on here about a trolley brush type thing you connected to a hose or pressure washer and you wheeled it about under the car.

when i did mine i did have a 4 post ramp at hand in the workshop and took me a couple of weeks to clean it all down

I think oggy has hit the nail on the head, there really is no short, easy way to do this properly, like a lot of jobs, at the end of the day it involves lots of time and elbow grease |
