four zone climate - I think is individual right and left heating for the rear passengers, perhaps with lower vents for the feet as well.

Detachable tow bar 13 pin (comfort) - Pretty obvious, but why the (comfort) description

ALSTON Ivory headlining - Is this a different material ? What would the material be on a Vogue SE as standard ? Any pics anywhere ? Seemed an expensive option


Deployable steps - Do these just come out and go away with the car door opening and closing ? can they be extended out all the time ? A car I have seen with these doesn't have mud flaps/guards, are there issues fitting mudguards with these steps due to them moving in and out ?

You are right with the climate, mine just has a single knob for temperature in the rear, 4 zone has 2.

I don’t believe you can fit mud flaps with the deployable side steps. Could be wrong. Not sure why you’d want them out all the time if you had them. I read on here that the brackets break occasionally and it gets expensive to fix.

The trim and material is the same as a Vogue, bar semi aniline leather seats. It’s only the Autobiography and Supercharged that has leather everywhere.

Not sure what the Comfort bit on the tow bar is... though I think mine has that too....

Just had a look, seems there were 3 headlining options. Not sure what the difference of the non leather ones then.

Re the tow bar, looks like the detachable one is classed as Comfort, the other is the Farmers Hitch.

As above really, if the steps were left out and your car was in access mode! You could easily snap them off on high kerbs!!!

The reason I asked about the side-steps was so you could have them out to help loading a roof rack, or washing the roof etc.

We are going to view the car at the weekend, so will check everything out the best we can.

The side steps move in and out automatically when doors are opened or closed and on locking, unlocking.
There is a button in the car and a simple procedure that keeps the steps deployed for washing the roof.

The same button also will keep them turned off?

Rear Seat entertainment on a Vogue SE around 2011, I believe was standard spec.

What should the RSE come with,, I presume 2 headsets.. But, I have also seen photos of some sort of screen/controller. that sits in the rear arm rest ? What should be included with the RSE

RSE was optional on all models in 2011. It was only standard on the Vogue SE up to 2009 IIRC.

In the L322 with RSE you should have a DVD changer in the boot, 2 sets of infrared headphones and a remote control with the screen on it.

it is just a car we have seen has rear screens but are not showing on a spec sheet we were provided. I guess they could be aftermarket.. Only have a poor picture grab at the moment. Will know more when we go and view at the weekend,, just wanted to be armed with the correct info ..

They look original rear screens. After market ones usually have a different design.

Don’t get too hung up one RSE, it’s a very dated system and the picture quality isn’t all that. You’d be far better off with a couple of iPads in a holder if it’s something you want to get use out of.

Yes, that looks factory fit. Should have 6 DVD changer in the boot and rechargeable remote in the rear armrest... and 2 headphones....
