2011 Range Rover tdv8. Glovebox

I have just bought a 2011 Range Rover 4.4 tdv8 overfinch . The Double Glovebox does not open, no sounds of clicking etc, the car is not in valet mode, any help on how to open and fix, cheers. Mercedes AMG w207
E class Cabriolet
Overfinch L322 4.4 tdv8
1987 sierra rs cosworth 3 door white.
1985 escort rs turbo series one.
1992 sierra sapphire 4x4 cosworth red
1993 sierra sapphire cosworth 4x4 silver
1993 sierra sapphire cosworth 4x4 white
1995 ducati 916sp.

How do i open the glovebox ,to replace the switch pack please ,buddy. Mercedes AMG w207

Buy a new switch, then you can see where the tangs are that hold the switch in… Remove the damaged switch using a trim tool, then hook up the new switch and voila! Glovebox’s will open 👍

Might sound daft, but as I am assuming it is an electrical switch, have you checked the fuse for that system?

Glovebox fuse is a 5 amp one in the luggage compartment i believe. 2006 4.2 SC

Checked the Glovebox relay its fine, new switch pack fitted, still nothing, any more ideas Mercedes AMG w207
