air con looses gases after a while and i would certainly start with a regas and go from there. ... - .- -.

Definitely sounds like you have lost SOME gas. Before having it re-gassed, ask them to wave a detector 'sniffer' around the system to see if they can find a leak. Also, you can buy a detector for R134a for around £24 |

Main point is can you find a leak, if so then the system has to have the remaining gas recovered, system fixed, pressure tested and then re-gassed.

i believe kwik fit and maybe others sell a regas with a 'if its not colder you get your money back' guarantee...worth exploring.. ... - .- -.

Either a re gas needed but my money is on a new compressor. You have the classic symptoms of it Gone to a good home: 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"
