Thought and hoped it would sail thru the MOT but one of the tyres had a slice through the sidewall to the cord below. I guess it was dangerous to have driven on it for 15,000 miles but at least I got my monies worth as it was 2nd hand when I bought it (came with the alloys).

They had a tyre in, I didn't get a re-test fee and I needed it done ASAP.

I know, but factor in delivery costs, fitting & balancing costs, MOT Re test fee, taxi fares to take me home and back and that £90 becomes about £40 at best.

When I got my RR I didn't have bluetooth so looked into getting a Nokia to make use of the pre-installed kit. However, the Nokia cradle was @125 at the dealer, the phone was another £100 on the net so I decided to do without the full functionality and bought a cheap new Motorola LZ with bluetooth (£27) and use that, as I only really needed it to receive calls as opposed to make them. Worked first time and does the job. I still use my Nokia in my other car though, its an older phone but still prefer 'em over other makes. Steve
