As dingg said. I've just bought a 2nd hand gap iid tool and i like you recently become a FF owner. They tool isn't cheap but it's well worth the money. Will pay for itself over the years in diagnosing problems and even fix some of them. There are some that come up for sale on here every now and then. I bought the last one for sale and it's a brilliant piece of kit. |

I’ll fourth it, as after 12 years of owning a Full Fat and 9 years of being a member on here I’ve finally taken the plunge and bought an IID tool (sorry everyone; I never like to rush into things ) 2017 Jaguar F Pace 25t Portfolio - still part of the JLR family 😀

And it's always worth £350 plus second hand so pays for itself in a couple of months... Pete

Have a word with Pete Bell at BAS. They sell them and it gets round the issue of VAT and import duties if you buy direct from GAP in Canada.

Thank you for your replies, think I'll bite the bullet & go for the iidtool for the extra stuff it can do. Even though the car budget has taken a hammering since purchase & now the o/s front air spring bag has gone pop! £440 for a pair of Arnott replacements
