The car is a L322 from 2011 with the 4,4 TDV8 Diesel. |

From what I understand, the fuel burning heater isn't supposed to kick in unless the outside temperature is 5 degrees C or below 2011 TDV8 Vogue SE |

It does start when the engine is running when the outside temp is below 8 degrees for the diesels (something like that).

I am not sure which version FBH the 2011 has ? is it the Webasto Thermotop C ? L322 2007 TDV8 3.6 |

I'm not sure either but it seems that my actual heater is working as it should, I'm more confused to why it starts ventilation instead of heating? |

When you say it is working when you start the RR. Do you mean you can hear the FBH fan running or you know that the burner is working...? L322 2007 TDV8 3.6 |
