I know it`s hard? but if you look in the glove box there should be a blue wallet there with a book in it? it will have loads of information in there for all sorts of stuff you would not think your car had or could do? |

On my car, reducing the distance down to the minimum then pressing/holding the button again turns it into standard cruise control.

I have read the book and it says you cant not use it when in cruise control. It seems a bit aggressive in mine as though you are pressing hard on the breaks. I don't mind having it if it was a bit more gentle. |

I find it the same with mine. It can be unnerving at times! If it’s a straight road with fairly steady traffic then it’s fine, but if the cars in front vary their speed a lot, or if the system “loses” the cars in from for a moment due to the road curving then it’s far from a smooth experience. For radar cruise - I don't think you can disable it and have cruise but there may be a setting that a GAP tool can edit?
