I’m hoping I’m being dumb but it dawned on me I might not have the dual screen display if that’s a thing. I’ve been trying to work out how to use the tv from the passenger seat whilst in motion and as I’m normally in the drivers and have no passenger friends my curiosity of whether this works is currently unfulfilled.

I know how to operate the tv and get channels etc and then it mentions pressing the audio video key however I’m not sure if this works. My audio video button doesn’t have the little graphic with two screen above the words so it’s made me wonder and it doesn’t seem to follow the manual in terms of ease of use.

Can anyone clarify please if they all have dual screen in motion.

I think it is truer to say most 2011 cars don’t have dual screens.
Only very late 2011 and 2012 models are likely to have dual screens.
I looked at loads of 2011’s before buying mine, which is a single view Vogue SE from March 2011.

Vogue se at that age should have dual view. It was standard in the run out Westminster models and presumably the Autobiography models of that age. Can’t fine it mentioned in the Vogue spec on HJ. 2012 tdv8 Westminster arrived Jan 19 gone Dec 23

I have a March 2011 Vogue and it does have but it was I believe a £625 option I am sure someone on the site has a 2011 brochure to confirm i viewed a 60 plate 2011 before buying this one and it didn’t have but I’m sure you could buy a replacement Dual view head unit second hand and someone on the forum must of done the upgrade.

My 61 plate Vogue SE doesn't have dual view and isn't listed on the build sheet so I would say it wasn't a standard fit at the time of my build 2011 TDV8 Vogue SE

The 2011 brochure shows dual view touchscreen as standard in AB, it was also in the WM, so not standard in Vogue or VSE. Only Range Rovers since 1988

Standard on AB, £615 option on everything else....

That’s interesting to know, if it helps mines a late 2011 I believe with rotary selector, looking at the above though I have the low spec

My 61 plate Vogue has dual screen although reception is pretty poor & I’ve never watched anything on it!
I’d need to check the build sheet though to see if it was an upgrade.

Believe it was an option, I have it on mine but it wasn't on all the cars I looked at.

The way to know if you have it is the icon on the button should have two screens with a 1 and 2 on them.

To use it, you just press the button and the screen should change to the AV menu/TV depending on what was last selected.

I notice that you have a 'car play' displayed on your screed!

I have a 2012 AB with Dual Screen and was wondering how you managed to get Car Play up?

It's actually a screenshot I found via Google, but yes, I have the Naviplus fitted which does give you CarPlay and Android Auto etc.
