There is some info about this issue on the RRS forum and it says there is mention of the issue in the software update 19B. It may be worth you checking what software version you are on (I think I am on 20C) and making sure it is up to date

I see your car is a 2018 model. Is it the facelift?

I think you might have to have the dealer activate SOTA All LR cars from 1984

Yes sounds as if it has been enabled so they should be able to sort it out for you. Have you checked audio settings under the settings tab? All LR cars from 1984

It was the Amp Module that was frozen, solution was to remove Fuselink to reset system and update module.

Thank you! I wonder whether these fuses are available as parts. The micro fuses are already hard to find... |

I had to get some micro fuses a while back and ended up at an auto electrics supplier. I think it’s a case of they aren’t sold at your general auto store and you have to get a bit creative when shopping for them.
