It’s probably not urgently needed as there isn’t any adjustment on the lower arms. They are just bolt on.
However that said it depends on if the camber has ever been adjusted on the top mount and if this was done with the worn lower arms. It’s worth getting it on a 4wheel machine periodically in any case just to check. These cars are so sensitive to tracking setup that just doing the toe may throw other things out, and for the sake of a few quids to have it done properly it will save on tyres in the long run.
4 wheel machines are becoming more common place now, it’s just finding a decent place who know how to use them properly. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
