Totally. Maybe I think they will be reasonable. If they say it’s free then I will pay some money I’m not a taker. If it’s full price I will say I am paying under protest and the reasons why or we can negotiate to a price that both sides are happy with. Fingers crossed.

I rang up. Got Sean he said it was fixed but going for a test drive. I said can he call me back once it’s done so I know what time to head over as I need to get an Uber and going to cost me £30-£40 and didn’t want to get half way again and find out it’s the wrong car wrong ashley or not working. I asked him to speak with Martin also around payment and what he wants to do.

This Guy Martin is on one of the FB forums and comes across as a bit of a twonk. Hopefully his work is better than his manner. L322 2007 TDV8 3.6 |

A shower of operation by the sounds of it. At least they did not charge. Hopefully you can find someone who knows what they are doing to finish the job off. Best of luck...! L322 2007 TDV8 3.6 |

But 5 weeks ago I said no stress if you can’t fix it. I can take it back. You are under no obligation to fix it but they wanted to.

Well I would say that's a result of sorts, you've been without your car for months, you were expecting to pay something in the end they've not charged. You need to look forwards not back and decide where you're going to take to be sorted, at least you're starting with a clean sheet. BMW i3 Electric Car
